The art of Self-Love is learning to honor all the parts of you. We gather in a heart-centered space where women share, grow, and embrace their authentic selves in a circle of unconditional support and love.

Most of my life, I was the one to avoid intimate gatherings like this. It was scary to think that someone would 'see me.' Little did I know that this is where I would experience and find profound love for myself and from other men and women in the circle witnessing me.

After a few years of experiencing and witnessing the transformation that circles offer, I was divinely led to lead. What me? Yes, me. Was I ready? No, absolutely not. But I had learned that when spirit calls, I follow. So I did.

This is why I am here now, with a loving invitation to you to join the circle and come as you are.

The circles are a sacred place that offers deep connection, healing for many and spiritual growth and exploration.

We come together to share in a non-judgmental space and to support each other in our authentic journeys.

This is a space for us to be our true selves, for deep listening, and to be heard. It's a haven where we can align with our spirit, explore our inner worlds, and embrace the growth that comes from truly connecting with ourselves and one another.
